Borron Street approved
Dundas House at 99 Borron Street will make way for a 454-bed student development, approved with a Section 75 agreement in June.

A 454-bed purpose-built student accommodation development at 99 Borron Street, Port Dundas, was granted consent on 10 June 2025, subject to conditions and a Section 75 agreement (application 24/00424/FUL).
The site joins a cluster of major schemes reshaping the canal corridor north of the city centre, where Buchanan House — approved for 594 apartments in 2024 — sits a short walk south.
As with most major consents, the Section 75 agreement will have settled financial contributions before the decision notice was issued; the conditions attached to the permission set out what must be agreed before work starts on site.
